The 24-hour makeover happened in November 2017. Bella Gianna’s is a classic family-run Italian restaurant owned by Vincent Vasti and his sister Dori. However, after the death of his brother-in-law and working partner over a year ago, Vincent has been left to carry the load on his shoulders.
Bella Gianna’s was chosen to appear in an episode of 24 Hours To Hell and Back after a friend sent Vincent an email over a year ago with details on a new restaurant renovation show looking for contestants. With nothing to lose, Vincent sent in his application, and the rest as they say, is reality TV history.
