Oreo offers their own unique twist on a classic state fair deep-fried dessert with the launch of new Oreo State Fair Cookies.

While not actually deep-fried, the new frozen treats feature a classic Oreo cookie battered up in one of two simulated crispy fried coatings: Vanilla Crunch or Chocolate Crunch.
To serve, simply put them in your oven for 5 minutes or microwave for 30 seconds.
The whole concept is eerily similar to the frozen Deep Fried Twinkies released by Hostess in 2016.
It’s my understanding that Oreo State Fair Cookies will initially be available exclusively in the freezer aisles at Walmart locations nationwide this summer.
