It’s Hatch Chile season at Taco Bueno and this time around the brand is celebrating with new Hatch Chile signature menu items.

Somewhat smoky and a little bit spicy, Taco Bueno’s new Hatch Chiles are fire roasted, then chopped and served up with the chain’s fan-favorite Tex-Mex dishes.
For a limited time, fans can add Hatch Chiles to any menu item for 50 cents, or choose from one of the new Hatch Chile signature menu items, including:
- Hatch Chile Chicken Taco
- Hatch Chile Chicken Quesadilla
- Hatch Chile Chicken Chimichanga Platter
- Hatch Chile Chicken Taco $5 Meal
Taco Bueno’s Hatch Chile signature menu items can be found at participating locations through October 1, 2018. Prices and menu availability may vary by location.
The Hatch Chile is specific to the Hatch Valley region of New Mexico and offers a unique balance of heat and sweetness that has made it one of the most celebrated peppers in the world.
