
Panera Bread celebrates fall 2018 with the launch of the new Cuban sandwich as well as returning seasonal favorites.

In addition to the new Cuban sandwich, Panera also welcomes back Vegetarian Autumn Squash Soup, Turkey Chili, Ancient Grain & Arugula Salad with Chicken and the Pumpkin Cookie.
The Cuban features Artisan ham, shredded pork, Emmental cheese, mustard and sweet and spicy pickles on Artisan Ciabatta.

Vegetarian Autumn Squash Soup features a rich blend of butternut squash and pumpkin simmered in a vegetable broth with select ingredients including: honey, apple juice, cinnamon and a hint of curry, then finished with sweet cream and topped with roasted and salted pumpkin seeds.

Turkey Chili consists of a hearty blend of dark meat turkey raised without antibiotics and tender beans, slow cookied with veggies and spices.

Both soups are vailable in cup, bowl or bread bowl.
Ancient Grain & Arugula Salad with Chicken features chicken raised without antibiotics, an ancient grain blend, arugula, red grapes and fresh apple and cabbage slaw tossed in sweet white balsamic vinaigrette and topped with roasted and salted pumpkin seeds.

The Pumpkin Cookie is a freshly baked, pumpkin-shaped shortbread cookie decorated with icing.
