Participating Popeyes locations nationwide will welcome back Red Stick Chicken on November 12, 2018.

Red Stick Chicken features all-white meat chicken tenderloins marinated in a cayenne Tabasco pepper marinade sauce before being hand-battered and deep-fried.
The spicy offering will be available in 4-piece and 6-piece options served with your choice of one signature side, a buttermilk biscuit, and Smok’n Pepper Ranch Dipping Sauce
The name “Red Stick” comes from Tabasco pepper growers who use a little red stick to measure the ripeness of the peppers before picking.
