Boardwalk 11 was opened back in 2002 by owner/operator Steven Spear. Tonight’s episode was filmed back in November/December 2018.
According to the episode synopsis, after intense investigation and surveillance, Ramsay and his “Hell On Wheels” team find a “lack of commitment from the restaurant’s staff and owner, resulting in more customers coming for the Karaoke rather than the actual dining experience.”
Despite the obstacles, Ramsay and his team manage give Boardwalk 11 a retro 1970s makeover along with a fresh new menu.
