Just a few short months after announcing plans to roll out the Impossible Whopper nationwide by the end of 2019, the plant-based sandwich has quietly appeared on Burger King’s national menu, several months ahead of target.

The Impossible Whopper Sandwich features a flame-grilled patty made from plants topped with tomatoes, lettuce, mayonnaise, ketchup, pickles, and sliced white onions on a soft sesame seed bun.

Just keep in mind that despite its appearance on the chain’s national menu, there’s still no guarantee that you’ll find it at your local BK at this time. If that’s the case, I would suggest touching base with the manager for details on the estimated availability date.
