Fazoli’s adds a new pasta dish to the menu with the introduction of the new Smoky Bacon Pasta Bake.

The Smoky Bacon Pasta Bake features orecchiette pasta topped with rich and creamy smoked gouda cheese sauce, then baked with a mozzarella and gouda blend and chopped bacon.
For those not familiar with orecchiette pasta (pronounced oh-reck-ee-ET-tay), it’s is a bell-shaped noodle literally that translates in Italian to “small ear” due to its ear-like shape.
