
Yum Brands announced today that it plans to buy The Habit Burger Grill for $14 per share in cash, or approximately $375 million.

According to a statement released Monday morning, the board of directors of The Habit Burger Grill unanimously approved the transaction.
Yum Brands is the parent company of global brands KFC, Pizza Hut and Taco Bell.
Founded in California in 1969, The Habit Burger Grill is known for its fan-favorite charburgers, hand-filleted and marinated chargrilled chicken sandwiches and more.
