According to the episode synopsis, the Southern Kitchen is a traditional Southern food restaurant run by a tight-knit family being torn apart by bankruptcy after putting everything they have into their business.
The makeover took place back in November 2019.
Southern Kitchen owner Shane Roberts-Thomas told the Richmond Times-Dispatch that being featured on Gordon Ramsay’s 24 Hours to Hell and Back “was eye-opening and very intriguing.”
The Southern Kitchen is closing at 5 p.m. on Tuesday so Shane can watch the show with her family.
