According to the episode synopsis, Rob Gronkowski stops by The Park as a decoy, so Gordon can experience the food and issues first hand, while not being noticed. Ramsay and his crew find a couple who tragically lost their home in the Woolsey Fire struggling to hang on to not only their restaurant, but their family. As the clock ticks down, Ramsay and his team transform this restaurant with a spectacular renovation, a fresh new menu and hope for the future.
