After a successful test at select locations in Denver last October, Einstein Bros. is bringing its new Bagelrito to fans nationwide beginning February 27, 2020.

The new breakfast mashup features a flour tortilla filled with two cage-free eggs, thick-cut bacon, turkey sausage, three cheeses, hash browns, salsa and green chilies all hand-wrapped in Asiago bagel dough before baking. It’s basically a breakfast burrito wrapped in bagel.
When the Bagelrito was tested last October, it sold out within hours after appearing on the menu, according to the company.
You can find the new Bagelrito at participating locations nationwide beginning February 27, 2020.
