General Mills offers cereal fans a nostalgic taste of their childhood by bringing back retro recipes of four 1980s fan-favorite cereals: Cocoa Puffs, Golden Grahams, Cookie Crisp and Trix.

For their permanent return, Cocoa Puffs feature a more chocolatey taste, Cookie Crisp brings more chocolate chip cookie taste, Trix revives six classic fruity shapes and Golden Grahams are made with a retro recipe featuring honey.
All four “improved” cereals, made with classic 80s recipes can be found now at major retailers nationwide.
To help celebrate their return, General Mills teamed up with actor, television host and a kid of the 80s himself Mario Lopez. Mario will host General Mills Presents: The Ultimate Saturday Morning Drive-In, featuring cartoon classics, where fans can tune in from the comfort of their couch or experience it live at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, California, on Saturday, October 3, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. PDT.
For fans not in the Los Angeles area, General Mills will be providing access to stream the drive-in event at home on October 3. As an added bonus, the first 100 fans who sign up for the at-home viewing experience will receive free samples of all four cereals delivered directly to their door. You can reserve your spot here.
