Pinole Blue makes blue corn tortillas and other belter-for-you food blue corn products made from the ancient superfood pinole.
Founded by Eddie Sandoval, Eddie is joined in the Tank by his business partner Kyle Offutt and company advisor Kate Kung-McIntyre.
