On tonight’s episode of Shark Tank, two entrepreneurs from Sandy, Utah make a pitch for their Korean BBQ in a Cup restaurant chain Cupbop.

According to the Cupbop website, Bop means steamed rice in Korean, while Cupbop means a “steaming cup of wow.”

Founded by Jung Song and Dok Kwong, Cupbop boasts 36 brick-and-mortar locations across Utah, Idaho, Arizona, Colorado, Nevada and Oklahoma, and over 100 stores in Indonesia.

Jung and Dok face five hungry Sharks in the Tank: Mark Cuban, Robert Herjavec, Kevin O’Leary, Lori Greiner and Barbara Corcoran.
