Thursday, July 13, 2023 is National French Fry Day and a number of fast food chains are offering freebies or specials to celebrate the day.

Here’s a list of the National French Fry Day freebies and special offers you can expect to find on the day:
- Carl’s Jr. and Hardee’s: On July 13, 2023, My Rewards Members who purchase French Fries, a la carte or as a part of a Combo, through the Hardee’s App or website will receive an in-app offer for Free Small French Fries with minimum $1 purchase to be used up to one time per 24-hours through December 31, 2023.
- Charleys Philly Steaks: Celebrating National French Fry Day with free fries offers all month long to Charleys Rewards App members – members can check their app to see what deal they received for the whole month of July. In addition, all guests who visit a Charleys location on July 13 will get original fries for $1.
- Fatburger: Offering a free order of Fat or Skinny Fries starting July 13, through July 16 with any purchase made in-store or online at Fatburger.com. Fans must mention the promotion in-store or use code “FrenchFryDay23” online to redeem.
- Heinz and UberEats: In honor of National French Fry Day on July 13, Heinz is teaming up with UberEats to offer $5.70 off orders that include French fries at participating restaurants on UberEats nationwide. Find a participating restaurant (through the offer banner on the UberEats homepage, through the email UberEats will be sending to all users, or by looking at your favorite restaurants’ pages to see if they are participating).
- Hook & Reel: Offering all-you-can-eat French fries with a $20 purchase from July 13 through July 19, 2023.
- Hooters: In honor of National French Fry Day, Hooters is offering free curly, waffle or tots with any entrée purchase to all dine-in patrons on Thursday, July 13.
- Krystal: Offering a free medium fry with any online or app purchase at participating locations on July 13, 2023. Krystal fans can redeem the coupon using the code OURFRIESSLAY at checkout on www.krystal.com or through the Krystal mobile app.
- McDonald’s: Offering a free any size fries via the brand’s mobile app on July 13, 2023. No purchase necessary.
- Penn Station Subs: Offering a free fry with the purchase of any sub on July 13, 2023
- Smashburger: Offering free Smashfries with any purchase on July 13. Customers can claim this deal in-store or on the website/app with the code: “FRIES.” This offer includes Smashfries, French Fries, and Sweet Potato Fries. No minimum purchase required.
- Wendy’s: Offering a free any size Fry with any in-app purchase from July 13 through July 16. Simply apply the offer to your mobile order or scan in-restaurant or at the drive-thru.
- Which Wich: Offering Vibe Club Members a free regular fries with the purchase of a Wich on July 13.
