Chew Boom has learned that Burger King is launching new Ghost Pepper Chicken Fries alongside the return of the fan-favorite Ghost Pepper Whopper starting October 12, 2023.

Back in August, the brand invited Royal Perks members to choose between the return of the Ghost Pepper Whopper or the introduction of new Ghost Pepper Chicken Fries via a vote in the BK App. At the time, Burger King said it would announce the winner on a future date. It appears Burger King decided to offer both spicy items to celebrate Halloween.
Initially available as part of a very limited test at select locations back in 2021, new Ghost Pepper Chicken Fries feature premium white meat chicken coated in a light crispy breading seasoned with ghost pepper spice.
First introduced back in October 2022, the Ghost Pepper Whopper features a flame-grilled Whopper beef patty, spicy queso, crispy jalapeños, bacon, and ghost pepper cheese, all on a toasted orange and black sesame seed bun.
I would suggest checking with your local BK for availability as restaurants have the option to offer in advance of the official launch date.
