Insomnia Cookies expands on its holiday lineup of seasonal Jinglebread Cookies with the addition new festive flavors, including the Solstice Confetti Cookie, Cannoli Filled Deluxe Cookie and Sweet Potato Pie Cookie.

Here’s a closer look at the festive flavors:
- Solstice Confetti Cookie: A seasonally tricked-out sugar cookie filled with holiday sprinkles and vanilla-flavored chips.
- Cannoli Filled Deluxe Cookie: Cinnamon dough mixed with chocolate chips, and filled with a sweetened ricotta cream with hints of vanilla and orange flavoring.
- Sweet Potato Pie Cookie (vegan): Sweet potato dough mixed with cinnamon, vanilla flavoring, and vegan marshmallows.
While prices may vary, the Solstice Confetti Cookie and Sweet Potato Pie Cookie are priced at $3.20 each at my nearest Insomnia Cookies shop, while the Cannoli Filled Deluxe Cookie is priced at $5.45.
You can find the festive flavors collection at participating locations nationwide through December 31, 2023.
