Einstein Bros. kicks off the new year with the launch of two new breakfast sandwiches: Cheesy Wakin’ Bacon and No Yolk.

The Cheesy Wakin’ Bacon breakfast sandwich includes your choice of one or two cage-free Eggs, thick-cut bacon, and cheddar on the brand’s six-cheese gourmet bagel.
The No Yolk breakfast sandwich features cage-free egg whites, turkey-bacon, tomato, avocado and roasted tomato spread on an ancient grain thintastic bagel.
As part of the brand’s new sandwich promotion, Einstein Bros. is also launching four limited-edition, downloadable Wake-Up alarm tones that mimic morning breakfast essentials:
- Bacon Sizzling
- Coffee Brewing
- Eggs Frying
- Rooster Crowing
The MP3 alarm tones can be downloaded for free by visiting the brand’s Wake-Up alarm tone page.
Additionally, Einstein Bros. is also testing new Wake-Cups at select locations in Los Angeles, San Diego and Dallas. The high-protein egg cups are available in the following two options:
Turkey-Bacon Egg White Wake-Cup: Cage-free egg whites with spinach, mushrooms and turkey-bacon (12 grams of protein and 120 calories).
Bacon, Ham & Cheese Wake-Cup: Cage-free eggs with ham and thick-cut bacon (18 grams of protein and 180 calories).
The new lineup of limited-time menu items and alarm tones will be available through May 2, 2018.
