The Veggie Shack features a veggie patty made from black beans, brown rice and beets – topped with provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles and vegan mustard mayo on a non-GMO Martin’s potato roll. The burger will also be available in a lettuce wrap or in a gluten free bun.
Initially, the Veggie Shack will be available exclusively via the chain’s mobile ordering app at select locations in New York City, Los Angeles and Austin, Texas before officially landing on menus on April 24, 2018.
While the Veggie Shack is technically the chain’s first-ever veggie patty, the brand does offer another veggie option with its ’Shroom Burger, which features a crisp-fried portobello mushroom filled with melted muenster and cheddar cheeses, topped with lettuce, tomato and ShackSauce on a potato roll.
We're only testing the Veggie Shack in NYC, LA + Austin at the moment, but we'll let our team know you're hungry for it in DC! ?
