McDonald’s invites bacon to the party as the brand announces the upcoming launch of new Cheesy Bacon Fries, the Big Mac Bacon burger and Quarter Pounder Bacon burger on Wednesday, January 30, 2019.

Cheesy Bacon Fries consist of the brand’s French fries topped with real cheddar cheese sauce and smoked bacon bits. Cheesy Bacon Fries were previously spotted at select locations last November in Hawaii, Northern California, Fresno California, Northern Nevada and Lake Tahoe. Previous to that, the chain tested Loaded Bacon & Cheese Fries in select US markets back in July, 2017.
Meanwhile, the Big Mac Bacon features a standard Big Mac with three pieces of thick cut applewood-smoked bacon, while the Quarter Pounder Bacon adds three pieces of thick cut applewood-smoked bacon to a classic Quarter Pounder.
All three items will be available at participating locations nationwide for a limited time.
