On tonight’s episode of Shark Tank, Portland, Oregon entrepreneur Michael Pan makes a pitch for Pan’s Mushroom Jerky, a plant-based, vegan twist on a classic grab-and-go snack.

Pan’s Mushroom Jerky was perfected by Michael Pan following a trip to Borneo, Malaysia where Pan discovered a decades-old family recipe that substituted Shiitake mushrooms for meat.
Michael Pan launched Pan’s Mushroom Jerky in 2018 after updating the recipe with clean, simple ingredients.
Produced in Portland, Oregon, Pan’s Mushroom Jerky is available in four flavors and can be found on the shelves at more than 700 stores across the United States.
