On tonight’s episode of Shark Tank, an entrepreneur from San Francisco makes a pitch for his better-for-you pancake and waffle mix company Long Table Pancakes.

Founded by Samuel Taylor, Long Table Pancakes produces healthier pancake and waffle mixes made with heirloom grains sourced directly from regenerative farmers. According to Long Table Pancakes, heirloom grains taste better and are more nutrient dense than modern grains.
Long Table’s product line includes a Popcorn Pancake & Waffle Mix made with heirloom popcorn flour, a Blue Corn Pancake & Waffle Mix made with rich, fragrant blue corn, a Gluten Free Pancake & Waffle Mix made with organic sorghum flour, and a Single-Source Rye Pancake & Waffle Mix made with Dark Bono Rye milled by Janie’s Mill in Ashkum, IL.
To celebrate their appearance on Shark Tank, Long Table is offering a Shark Tank Bundle that includes four 1-pound bags of each variety for $45.

Samuel Taylor faces five hungry Sharks in the tank, including Mark Cuban, Barbara Corcoran, Kevin O’Leary, Lorie Greiner, and guest Shark Gwyneth Paltrow.
During his appearance on the show, Samuel asked for a $140,000 investment in exchange for 15% of his company.
